This material is formed with .020 plastic and can be bonded directly to your models control surface frame.The panels measure 10 1/2 inch X 22 Inches with the corrugations running the 10.5 inch direction.Distance between the 3/32" peaks is 5/8 inch making the panels fit 1/4 scale models.
Contact cement from a can and applied with a brush was tested with wood products and the panels have held up very well.
Do not bond the sheeting with CA adhesive.
Use plastic model cement for plastic to plastic bonds.
The panels will accept most paint coating systems however light coats and proper drying times are necessary due to the thickness of the material.
The sheet comes rolled in a box but will flatten out when unpacked.
