This kit converts the Multiplex Twin Star into a sea plane. It fits the new white model and the old gray version as well. The kit comes with the hull adaptor that fits the models belly, two tip floats, a cockpit and clear canopy that replaces the stock foam version. Two radial cowls that attach directly to the stock motor mount and motor detail stickers.
Pilots figures are sold separately to give you more options.The pilot used in the instructions are PN 1005-9. 1005-4 is another pilot that would work or you could get the whole crew 1005-15 ( best value)
Due to problems with the speed controllers getting wet, a pair of covers has been added to the kit to protect them. The "splash guards" have vents that will require cutting and has been held in place with Clear tape with no problems. This addition is not covered in the instructions.
Modifications to the original airframe has been kept to a minimum to the point that a assembled model can be converted. Complete instructions are available under the banner. Please look them over before ordering the kit.
