The rip max Spitfire cowl is .040 thick Vacformed high impact styrene. This is same material as the original but thicker. Due to the size of the cowl it comes in two halves and a seam has to be made to fit your model. Because of the complex shape, the exhaust not included in the cowl. This cowl will give your model a more scale appearance ( not so stubby) and allow the use of a more friendly spinner.
It measures 6 inches from the spinner to the firewall.
