This B-52 has an 82-inch wingspan and is 72 inches long. The empty weight is 7 pounds with a wing area of 787 Sq in. The construction is ¾ inch Foam insulation bought from your home improvement store and the wings are white beaded foam, cut using the provided cutting templates.
The wings and stabilizer detach from the fuselage for transport and packs Fairley small. This model has been flown as a glider and prop jet durring its development. However, the plans have been drawn to accept eight 35mm fan units and performed very well as an EDF model.
